In lieu of a book review on Easily Mused today, we have a youtube video circa 2009 about NaNoWriMo. This one is from the awesome John Green, author of Paper Towns and Looking for Alaska.
John Green, who is also the king of DFTBAness, talks about doing NaNoWriMo in his vlog to his brother, Hank. Green reminds us of some very important things, not the least of which are:
- Writing requires discipline
- Books are made in revision
- It’s okay to suck
- Don’t forget the snacks
